Terminix Service, Inc. (TSI) was opened almost 70 years ago and is a family owned and operated business. A huge factor in the success of the company is the dedicated employees. Many of the current employees have been working for TSI for more than 20 years!
You can imagine the stories these devoted employees can share. We have highlighted a few of their stories and will be sharing different ones each week. We hope you enjoy these stories as much as our employees enjoy sharing them. This week we’re sharing Lee Faulkner’s story. He’s been with us for 25 years and is currently a Keyman at the Columbia Central Branch.
You never know when you will hear from a valued customer at TSI. Lee was a guest on a local radio show. To Lee’s surprise a customer of his called in to the radio to praise him on the wonderful service he provided. This is one example of how important TSI’ great customer service is and how much it is appreciated.
