Terminix Service, Inc., the largest pest control company in the Carolinas has named Cody Dale the 2021 Service Leader of the Year and Audrey Locklear the 2021 Customer Care Specialist of the Year.
Both award winners are based on an individual nomination from branch managers, a selection as the Region winner from a committee of regional staff, and a corporate office committee selection after all information and nominations are taken into account to determine a company winner.
“I’m honored to recognize this remarkable group of professionals who embody our core value of service,” said Lex Knox, CEO. “These individuals have set the standard for service excellence through their daily commitment to putting customers first, and we couldn’t be more grateful for them and the example they set for others.”
The Service Leader of the Year Award is given each year in recognition of a person who represents the ideals of the Terminix Service, Inc. Mission Statement and who goes above and beyond in delivering quality service and demonstrates leadership in serving our customers, coworkers, and the community.
Similarly, the Customer Care Specialist of the Year Award is given in recognition of a Customer Care Specialist who represents the ideals of our Mission Statement, goes above and beyond in delivering quality customer service, and enhances the success of their branch.
